TERMS AND CONDITIONS -For customers who live outside of Norway Paypal is the only payment option. If you do not have a Paypal account you can register at www.paypal.com. Paypal is safe and easy to use. When you are finished shopping you click the Paypal symbol and follow the instructions from there. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address - If you live outside of Norway please complete your order using the English version. The prices there are not inclusive of VAT. -Postage and packaging will be added to your total when you are done shopping. The shipping rates are as follows: To Norway NOK 40,- To Europe NOK 55,- To Everywhere else NOK 80,. For extra big orders the shipping might be a little higher. If this is the case you will be notified by e-mail. -All packages will be sent asap, but the time they take to arrive will depend on which country you live in. If for some reason packaging is delayed it will be stated on my home page or I will inform you of this after you have placed your order. It is important to note that around Christmas I tend to be very busy so please place your orders early, especially when ordering gifts. If you need something urgently please contact me and I will do my best! Sometimes I run out of materials and need to order more. This might take some time, you will be informed if this is the case. As most of the materials I use are vintage I might run out of something and not be able to find it again. You will then have the choice of replacing your item with a similar product or getting a refund. -Most of the materials I use are vintage and some of them are very scarce. For this reason the product you receive might differ slightly from that in the photograph. (This is only the case with the jewellery, all the handbags are one-offs.) This will always be stated in the item description. The differences will never alter the feel and character of the jewellery and the colour combination will always be the same. Contact me if it is important that it is an exact match and I will do my best! Returns -You can return the product within two weeks of receiving it, please contact me asap if that is your intention. All postage fees will be charged to the buyer. If there is a problem or fault with the product then I will pay for the postage. -Please remember that many of the materials are vintage and not always perfect! There can be some discolouration of the metal on the chains and metal findings. This adds charm and character and does not count as a fault! Have a good look at the pictures before buying, any such discolouration will show up on the photographs. |
